Retinol is fuer ingredient found in a number of over-the-counter skin creams. A more potent form of retinol, called tretinoin (sometimes sold under the brand name Retin-A), is available by prescription. Prescription-strength retinol products may cause more side effects than the over-the-counter strength. Side effects may include burning, warmth, stinging and tingling.
At the risk of stating the obvious, an anti-aging cream needs to give your skin a lot of moisture in the dermis. It is only when you can increase moisture amounts in that area that your skin's natural mechanisms will be able to resolve other issues that are related to age. Have realistic expectations: Exaggerated promises, such as look 10 years younger overnight or quickly reduces all signs of aging, are too good to be true. It's important to remember that anti-aging skin care products deliver modest results. You cannot get the results of a facelift from a cream.
Price. The ingredients for this cream are amoung the most expensive ingredients of any anti-ageing product sold at any price. We have seen creams with similiar quality ingredients retail for more than $250. This is because few consumers are cosmetic chemists, and so are not aware of what makes a good anti-ageing product, and must rely on price and advertising as the only indicator. If you have time to do some research, we believe you will find this to be one of the best possible anti-ageing formulas available, and without the chemicals normally used to fragrance, preserve and add a pleasant skin feel (silicone) in most commercial creams.
